•How long will it take for my order to ship?
In most cases orders are typically shipped between 2 to 5 working days, however during peak seasons like holidays, spread pandemics or severe impact of weather, it might take up to 7 days.
• How long will it take for my order to arrive?
USA SHIPPING
For orders to be shipped within the USA items normally arrive within 5-20 working days.
During peak holiday seasons, pandemics, or severe inclement weather, delivery within the USA should be expected within 30 business days (note that ‘business days’ excludes weekends and holidays).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders (outside of the USA) may take up to 7 – 30 business days to arrive. During peak holiday times, pandemics or when there is severe inclement weather, items may take up to 4 - 5 weeks to arrive.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:
Ø Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check: · Mailbox · Porch · Garage · Any area out of potential weather hazards · Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed Ø Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail. Ø Check with others in your house that may have accepted it. Ø In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours. |
DesignedbySiti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages since it is indeed beyond our control. In the event like this, please comeback to us for a complimentary replacement arrangement if it is a worthy replacement incident for free from negligence.
• What happens if my order is 'refused' or 'returned to sender'?
Orders that are 'Refused' or 'Returned to Sender' will be processed as a return and are not re-shipped. These include orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect address information entered during the ordering process. These types of returned orders are not eligible for a refund since providing the correct shipping address it is indeed the clients’ responsibility.
Return Policy
In the event that the purchased products received but deemed as defective, kindly notify us at contact@designedbysiti.com so that both parties can agree on the resolution within 7 days from the date of receive. Please include any form of proof to describe the nature of defect by providing the relevant photos in the email and free from mishandling. In the event that the items need to be shipped back to us as the agreed resolution, please get them shipped back in the original packaging and we will reimburse the shipping cost via PayPal payment.
